SAINTS WIN!

After the previous post I went to work and just got home a little while ago. Of course we had the radio on at work with the Saint's game playing. Almost everyone that came into the store today was dressed in black and gold. I've never seen so many Saint's jerseys walking around before this day.

From the sounds of the game on the radio it sounded like it was a hard fought game. One minute the Saints were winning, the next they were losing. But in the end they pulled it off and won the game.

It's hard to describe what this means to this city. The Saints have been an inspiration to everyone that has struggled to fix their home, to move back into the city, to find a school for their kids...it's all colored black and gold. If the Saints can win, than the city can come back. It's that simple and that complex.

Even though I'm an Eagles fan myself I was rooting for the Saints, it was a great game and I'm super glad they won :)
