Bike Riding Again

Ok, I meant to post this yesterday, but somehow ending up not posting much of anything. I went bike riding twice now. After work I went to the trace again. This is good. This is my big worry, that once I bought the bike I wouln't use it. That still may happen, but at least I'm off to a good start. This time I brought a change of clothes and my ipod. I got a arm band to hold the ipod in so it's right there as I ride. So I was able to listen to my tunes as I pedaled down the trace. This time I didn't go quite as far, about six miles. My legs were aching more today than the first day, so I figured I wouldn't overdo it. Didn't go today, but plan to go tommorrow. So Heather hurry up and get that bike, I know it'll be easier to ride if I have people to ride with.
