What's In Store For Harry Potter?

This July sees the seventh and final volume of the Harry Potter series. It's billed as a children's series, but if you love a good story don't be fooled, read it. It's a great series. The author J.K. Rowling has always said that some major characters are going to die in this final book. Any thoughts on who? Or maybe she is just saying that to get everyone worried about Harry. Do you think Harry will die?

I can't wait for the book to come out.

It appears we'll have not only the final book this summer, but also movie #5 as well. I think Order of the Phoenix is due in July too.

Hello, I am visiting from blog village, I gave you a vote. We are huge Harry Potter fans, I have an almost 16 year old daughter and we have been reading these books since she was 8 or 9. It is funny how our relationship has changed through our Harry Potter years. She is very up to date on all the Harry Potter websites etc. It is her belief that Harry will not die, she cried for days when Dumbledore died, if Harry dies we are going to take a page from Stephen King's Misery and make JK fix the story!

My daughter believes that one of Voldemort's soul pieces or whatever you call it that Harry is going to be trying to find and kill is within Harry's scar. And that means that as long as Harry is alive a piece of Voldemort is alive as well.
