An Unlikely Pairing

With all the news lately about the Led Zepplin reunion there's another project that Robert Plant is involved with that might just slip through the cracks. He's doing an album with Alison Krauss. Yes, Alison Krauss the bluegrass singer. They're doing covers of old country blues. The album is produced by T-Bone Burnett the producer of the Oh Brother Where Art Thou soundtrack and a lot of other great music. I'm really interested in hearing this album, actually probably more so than I am in the Zepplin reunion. The album comes out Oct 23.

I haven't heard anything from it yet, glad to know it's good. Just the idea of it is so cool I think.
