It's nice to be surprised now and than. With the internet and my prowling it for all the latest news it's not normal for me to miss a new album coming out from someone I like. Well, I missed the new album from Kelly Willis. Kelly Willis is a country singer that leans more towards that old favorite of mine, alt-country or whatever you want to call it. She released one of my favorite albums ever a few years back called What I Deserve. Click on the link to her MySpace page and check out some of her stuff. She is really good. I tried to find something on YouTube by her but it's all videos from concerts and the quality is so bad that I don't want to post it. I'll try and get up some music from one of my cds later of her, everyone should hear her.
