Manic Monday #6: Blow

Lots of choices for the word blow. This time there is no story. I decided to use the word blow for the effects of a storm, the winds of a hurricane that blow damage to the city and its inhabitants, Katrina.
Katrina formed in the Gulf Coast on August 23, 2005. Before coming aground it was at a category 5 strength. On August 29 when it finally came ashore in southeast Louisiana and along the Mississippi/Louisiana border it was a category 3 hurricane. Even at this strength the force of the hurricane and the winds that blew severly damaged many cities along the gulf coast. Severe wind damage was reported miles inward.
