Ties To Who?

US Senator Barack Obama campaigning in New Ham...Image via WikipediaMcCain has made a big deal about Obama's ties to William Ayers, once a member of the Weather Underground. Ayers donated $200.00 to Obama's campaign and the two served on some boards together in Chicago. Pretty damning evidence, huh? Obama was like eight years old when Ayers was running with the Weather Underground.

Now one of McCain's top advisers, William Timmons a Washington lobbyist who McCain named to head his Presidental transition team has been shown to have aided Saddam Hussein in lobbying efforts to ease international sanctions against the dictator. Read the entire story here.

Now to me, the two aren't even close, but everytime McCain mentions Ayers he is trying to link Obama to terrorists. But who has the real ties to a terrorist?

And Palin's ties to the AIP, including sending a video address to their convention this year has been off-subject also and I do not know why.

I know, for all the talk that the press favors Obama it sure doesn't follow up with a lot of the dirt on McCain.
