LOOKING FOR ARTISTS

I've decided that I want to try and get back into the comic writing biz. This may be even more of a pipe dream than from before, but what the hey! I figure it's worth another shot. At least I can say that I do have published credits to my history, so that might help some. But what I don't have is artists. I have plenty of ideas, but I need some talented artists to help give life to these ideas. Most companies are not going to look at anything from just a writer, they want a complete package, so that's what I'm looking for here. Someone that is willing to work on a proposal to submit to the comic companies, so first off you have to understand that means no pay if we don't sell the proposal. I only say this because when I ran ads looking for artists before I got replys saying that they would be glad to illustrate anything I wanted and proceeded to give me a price list. Next piece of information, please be professional level....I have been published, I conside myself something of a professional, so I'm looking for only artists that are professional and good.
