Up Too Late

It's two in the a.m. and I have to be up at four to go to work, but I can't sleep. My Restless Leg Syndrome has kicked in, which means my leg is kicking. I'm tired, I did a full day of work and came home exhaustive, but after tossing and turning for the last few hours I still haven't been able to go to sleep, so I'm up and on here trying to make myself tired enough to sleep.

I did that last night. Mostly it was the fact that I am on my 7th day in a row of working plus I actually went out Friday and Saturday nights and then ran errands all day yesterday. I stayed up cause I wanted relaxation time that was not sleep time.

It's been tough to sleep up here the last couple of days. We hit a warm spell and everything got stuffy and stifling indoors. Tough to sleep in those conditions.

Why not go for a Benadryl or something before bed - something to make you a bit drowsy? Won't change the RLS but might push you just enough to get some rest. Hope you succeeded in finding the sandman!
