Back From Iraq

I have a friend, Mike, that just got back from Iraq.  Unfortunately he's only back for two weeks, than he has to head back again.   The good thing is that he only has another three months to go and than he can come home for good.

Hi there!

My thoughts and prayers are with you and your friend. Your friend deserves a huge THANK YOU for serving over there. Wish that the homecoming could be permanent.

I'm glad that you found my blog and that you enjoy reading it. It's not much, but I enjoy doing it. Writing is never easy, but I couldn't live without it--as I'm sure you understand, being a writer, too.

I'm going to blogroll you, if that's ok and plan on stopping by here often! Hope you'll do the same at my blog!

Marie

My thoughts will be with your friend. I am a vet myself (I was in for the first gulf war), so I know how bad it sucks to be "away" under those conditions. You guys live it up while he is here.
