I guess he died in 2008 but before the Oscars. I enjoyed it but didn't watch all of it, was doing other things while it was on and than had to go to bed before it was over, had to be up for work before three the next day. I had the same impression you did when they brought on the first set of past winners, wondering what they were doing, but it actually worked out pretty well. Hugh did a good job, I think the problem with all the past comics that have done it is the comic just wants to make the Oscars a bigger set for their stand up routine.John Hollandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11714537622409205603noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10801053.post-29062638194275315302009-02-24T10:55:00.000-06:002009-02-24T10:55:00.000-06:00I was curious as to why Heath Ledger wasn't in thi...I was curious as to why Heath Ledger wasn't in this, I know he was honored with the Oscar and his family was there to honor him, but shouldn't he have been included in this, I believe he died in 2008.

What did you think about the Oscars? I was impressed, thought it was the best ceremonoy in a number of years. I liked Hugh Jackman, and after my first "what are they doing?" when they brought out the first set of past winners to honor the current nominees, I liked it.aimshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02031266337730581983noreply@blogger.com
